Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry sent through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly.

Room tariffs shown on the website are “starting from” prices and may change. The final tariff is confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Wildlife and outdoor activities

Wildlife sightings are a matter of chance and are never guaranteed. Safaris and entry into the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve and other protected areas are managed by the Forest Department, whose rules, timings and fees apply and may change.

Wildlife viewing and outdoor activities should always be undertaken with care and safety, and guests take part in them at their own risk.
